CAUSEWAYHEAD WOMAN’S INSTITUTE _______      Mrs. G. MESSENGER presided at the monthly meeting in the Parish Room over a gathering of 45 members and visitors. Miss. TASSELL, Carlisle, gave a demonstration of cake icing, for which she was cordially thanked, on the motion of Mrs. WRIGHT, seconded by Miss. HOLLIDAY.    A ballot for the new officers under the supervision of Mrs. MITTON, Bowness resulted as follows: -   President, Mrs. G. MESSENGER   Vice president, Miss.
