Dwelling Houses in Whitehaven. To be sold in public, on Thursday the
10th day of February, 1814, at the house of Andrew NEILSON,
Innkeeper, on Marlborough Street in Whitehaven, (by order of the trustees of Mrs
COLTART, deceased), all that freehold messuage, or dwelling house, situate in
Marlborough Street, in Whitehaven aforesaid; and now in the occupation of Mr
William COLTART. Also the two dwelling houses behind the same, now in the
occupation of Elizabeth HODGSON and Thomas MOORE, as farmers thereof. The
premises contain, in front to Marlborough Street, five yards and a half, and
extend from thence backwards 21 yards and a half, and are in an excellent
situation for any public business. Terms and conditions will be produced at the
