THE BANKRUPTCY ACT, 1861. In the County Court of Cumberland, holden at Whitehaven, CLEMENT MOSSOP, of Egremont, in the County of Cumberland, Bakehouse -keeper, Grocer, and Tea Dealer, having been adjudged Bankrupt on the 28th day of September, 1869, a public sitting for the said bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge, will be held at the said Court, at Whitehaven, on the 29th day of October, 1869, at Ten o'clock in the Forenoon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender. The Registrar of the Court is the Official Assignee, and JOHN MASON, Esq., of Whitehaven, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy. A.B.WERE, Registrar. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ WHEREAS, by a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, bearing date the 29th day of May, 1869, made in a Cause, CURRY against ATKINSON, the following Enquiry was directed to be made, that is to say: What First Cousins there were of the Testator, WILLIAM BEEBY, late of Allonby, in the County of Cumberland, Yeoman, who died in the month of October. 1817, at the time of his death, and whether they are living or dead; and if any of them are dead, when they died respectively, and who are their respective legal personal representatives . All Persons claiming to be such First Cousins, or claiming to be the legal personal representatives of such of the said First Cousins who have died, are, by their solicitors, on or before the 29th day of October, 1869, to come in and prove their Claims at the Chambers of the Master of the Rolls, in the Roll's Yard, Chancery-lane, Middlesex; or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree. Friday the 5th day of November, 1869, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, at the said Chambers, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the claims. Dated this 14th day of July, 1869. E.B.
