 FOR SALE, the BRIGANTINE "Vetus,"
of Liverpool, now lying in Whitehaven,
Cumberland, 149 Tons Register.  She
is well adapted for the Coal Trade,
carrying 250 Tons Coal.  She will sail
with 30 tons ballast.  Had large repairs
in May last, and is quite ready for im-
mediate employment.  She will shift in
Dock or River with a clean swept hold.
This is a fine opportunity for anyone
requiring such a vessel.  For price and

nearly new Brig SOLWAY, built by R.
WILLIAMSON and Son, the present
owners at Harrington, Cumberland, and
launched March 7th, 1868.  Length,
100.2 feet; breadth, 22.9½ feet; 239
14-94 tons builders, 185 38-100 tons
register; classed A1 Thirteen years;
fitted with double topsails, &c.; sheathed
with yellow metal over felt, and well
found in stores; carrying capacity 330
tons dead weight; stands without ballast,
and sails well.  Now lying in George's Dock.
