MILLOM AND DALTON P. M. CIRCUIT. _____      The recognition of the newly appointed ministers of this Circuit of Primitive Methodism took place at Dalton-in-Furness on Saturday.    There was a public tea, to which a good number of members and friends attended. This was followed by a public meeting, over which Isaac GOODWILL presided.    The Chairman and J. E. QUINE gave a hearty and cordial welcome to the Revs. T. VAUGHAN and J. E. HETTLE, and the Rev. Gentlemen acknowledged the kind expressions of cordiality and welcome.
