FUNERAL. ____ The remains of the daughter of Mr. Isaac SHEPHERD were interred in the St. Cuthbert’s Churchyard on Friday last, the Rev. A. PARTRIDGE officiating. There were a large number of relatives and friends present to witness the last sad rites. The hymn, “There’s a friend for little children,” was sung in the church, and at the graveside the vicar repeated the hymn, “Loving shepherd of Thy sheep.” The remains were carried to their last resting place by the deceased’s four aunts: Mrs. CURWEN, Kirkby, Mrs. WATSON, Dalton, Mrs. RICHARDSON, Barrow, and Mrs. TYSON, Barrow. The following wreaths were laid upon the grave: - From father, mother, brothers and sisters. Cousins, Lizzie and Annie Cousin Lucy Uncle and Aunt, Mr. And Mrs. MARR, Millom Mr. J. CASSON Miss.
