FOOTBALL.   RUGBY UNION.   COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP.   CUMBERLAND v. YORKSHIRE.   The following will represent Cumberland in the County Championship match against Yorkshire, at Whitehaven, on Saturday 10th January, kick-off at 2-30: --   Cumberland: - W. H. POSTGATE (Workington), fullback H. PARKINSON (Workington) T. E. HOLLIDAY (capt.) (Aspatria) TOM FLETCHER (Workington) and W. BURROWS (wORKINGTON),  threequarters:   J. LITTLE and T. LITTLE (Workington), half backs W. F. PENNINGTON (Holme Wanderers) W. H. WALLING (Kirkby Lonsdale) J. BLAYLOCK (Whitehaven) R. LAWSON (Workington) J. FISHER (Kendal) R. HANVEY (Aspatria) J. CRONIN (Egremont and J. WARD (Aspatria), forwards.   The only changes from the successful team against Durham are that WARD returns to the pack vice PAVAGHAN (Carlisle) and POSTGATE fills the fullback position in place of RAYNOR (Kendal).
