WHITEHAVEN RECHABITE
EXCURSION.
_____

In fine weather the juvenile members of the Whitehaven Branch of Rechabites had their annual outing on Friday, the place chosen being Ennerdale Hall.

Leaving Corkickle Station at 12-55 the party journeyed to Winder, which is but a short distance from the beautiful grounds at the Hall.

Games and amusements of all kinds were provided for the children, and tea was dispensed by Mrs. WRIGHT and a number of willing workers.

After a most enjoyable day the return was made from Winder by the 8-10 train, arriving home just before nine o’clock.

Mr. Richard HORNSBY, jun., the superintendent, had charge of the arrangements.
