FUNERAL OF FURNESS FARMER.

 There was a large and representative gathering of North Lonsdale farmers at the funeral of Mr. James Borrowdale FELL, of the Crown Farm, Seawood, Bardsea, near Ulverston, a well known and highly respected farmer.
 
 The funeral left Seawood at 2-30 for Bardsea Church, where Dr. WALL, rector of Aldingham, conducted the service. The church was crowded with mourners. Amongst the farmers present were: -

 There was a wealth of floral tributes from farming friends and relatives. Mr. W. C. KENDALL represented the North Lonsdale Agricultural Society. The deceased gentleman will be sadly missed.
