EJECTMENT.

 On the application of Mr. GATEY, on behalf of Mr. Herbert JACKSON, an order of ejectment was made against George A. WHITTAM, in respect of a dwelling house in Millans Park held on a weekly tenancy.
 
 WHITTAM pleaded inability to get another house at this time of year, and that his rent had been paid up to date.
