Grand Military Open Air Concert.
The Band of the 2nd Battalion The Border Regiment, Late 55th  (Now on Tour)
Will Play (by the kind permission of Lord Lonsdale) in the Castle Grounds, On Saturday Afternoon, August 23rd, From Three to Six pm.
Admission to Grounds, 1s;  Tea and Enclosure, 1s extra.
Proceeds will be given to the Whitehaven and West Cumberland Infirmary.

Whitehaven Castle.
Notice is hereby given, that the Park Gates at Corkickle Lodge and White Park will be closed on Saturday, the 23rd instant, from Two pm to Six pm, and that the Public Will Not be permitted to Use The Road though the Park between the hours named.

The 20th Annual  Trials and Hound Dog Trails  (Under Association Rules) will be held at
Ingleton, On Wednesday, 27th August, 1913.
Usual Prizes for Open and Local Trials, with Increased Prizes for Puppy and Old Hound Trails.  
Entries Close for Trials August 23rd.  Hound Entries taken on the Field.  Puppy Trail, One o'clock; Old Hounds, 2.30.
