PROPERTY IN THE COACH-ROAD AND NEWTOWN, WHITEHAVEN FOR SALE.
To be SOLD by AUCTION (by order of the Mortgagee) at "THE MART" DUKE-STREET, WHITEHAVEN, on THURSDAY, the 6th MAY, 1897, at Three o'clock in the Afternoon, by MESSRS JACKSON & MURRAY, Auctioneers, together or in Lots.
Lot 1. - A Commodious Leasehold DWELLING-HOUSE with GARDEN in front and LAWN adjoining, and the large Yard, Six-stalled Stable, Hayloft, Cottage, Coach-house, large Storehouse and Shed behind, in the Coach-road, Whitehaven, in the respective occupations of MR. RICHARD COUSINS, MR. JOSEPH DURHAM, and the Anglo-American Oil Company.
The House contains on the Ground Floor, Dining, Drawing, and Breakfast Rooms, Kitchen and Scullery; and on the First Floor, Sitting-room, Four Bedrooms, Bath and Lavatory, W.C. &c.
There are also Three good Attics above.
This Lot is held for the residue of a term of 99 years commencing 24th June, 1862, at the yearly ground rent of £6 10s 3d.
Lot 2. A Freehold DWELLING HOUSE and BAKEHOUSE, No. 84, Newtown, Whitehaven, occupied by MRS. BLACK as tenant.
Lot 3. A Freehold DWELLING HOUSE, No. 13, Back Ginns, Whitehaven, occupied by MR. JAMES M'GRADY as Tenant.
The whole of the Property is in good repair.
