BROUGHTON-IN-FURNESS FOOTBALL CLUB.        A meeting of the Committee of the above named club was held in the Town Hall, on Tuesday evening. The Chair was taken by Mr. J. E. SATTERTHWAITE. There were also present: P. DENNEY T. M. JACKSON Geo. FREARSON R. TODD Jas. TYSON Geo. WILSON H. BARKER Geo. FREARSON, jun. (secretary)        The names of the players signed on and approved by North Western League Committee were handed in by the secretary. He also reported that friendly matches had been arranged with Millom Ironworks., Ulverston Amateurs, Barrow St. George's Casuals and others were in course of settlement. The following team was selscted for Saturday: G. H. PARKINSON, Goal Geo. FREARSON, Full-back A. CLARK, full-back Hugh FREARSON, Half-back Robert Clark, centre half J. M. FREARSON, Left half Wm.
