NOTICES.


WHEREAS MARY, (late MARY TREMBLE,  of Sandwith) the Wife of WILLIAM KILNER,
of , or near Over End, in the Parish of St. Bee's, in the County of
Cumberland, Husbandman, did, on Friday the 23d of August, 1793, elope from
her said Husband, without just and reasonable Cause, and joined herself to
another Man, with whom (it is supposed) she now cohabits:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,

That the said WILLIAM KILNER will not be answerable for
nor discharge any Debts which may hereafter be contracted by the said MARY
KILNER.

COMMONS in CARTMEL, LANCASHIRE.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that Application is intended to be made in
Parliament, the next Session, for Leave to bring in a Bill for inclosing,
dividing, and alloting the Commons and Waste Grounds within the Parish of
CARTMEL, in the County Palatine of Lancaster.  Dated the 21st Day of August,

TURNPIKE ROAD.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that Application will be made, in the next Session
of Parliament, for  TURNPIKE ROAD, from Carlisle, or Stanwix Bank near
Carlisle, through Longtown to Sarkbridge;  and from Longtown to Scotch Dike;
and that such Turnpike Road is intended to pass through Part of the several
Parishes of Stanwix, (including the Hamlet of Kingmoor) Rockliffe,
Kirklinton, Arthuret, and Kirkandrews upon Esk;  all which said Parishes are
within the County of Cumberland.

NOTICE.

TURNPIKE ROAD.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that Application will be made in the next Session of
Parliament for a TURNPIKE ROAD from Kirklinton, otherwise Kirklevington
Bridge, or near it, through Longtown to Sarkbridge;  and from Longtown to
Scotch Dike, and that such Turnpike Road is intended to pass through the
several Parishes of Arthuret and Kirk Andrews, both which said Parishes are
within the County of Cumberland.
