ESTATE at STUBSGILLS.

TO be LET, by Private Contract, and Entered upon at Lady Day next, 1794, a
Compact Farm, siutate at STUBSGILLS, in the Parish of Dissington;
containing 50 Acres or thereabouts, of good Arable, Meadow, and Pasture
Land;  free of Tithes, with all suitable Conveniences for Occupation;  about
5 Miles from Whitehaven, and 4 from Workington, and only One Mile from Lime
and Coals.
