THE MURDER AT  CUDHAM.

On Thursday morning, Robert PALING, the man charged with the  murder of Jane 
BAGLEY, at Cudham, on the 25th ult.,  was further examined  at Bromley, before 
the Magistrates for the County of Kent, and was committed  to  Maidstone Gaol 
for trial at the next assizes.
 
The prisoner is said to be a mere boy in appearance, though he  is stated to 
be 23 years of age. He is about the middle size, and the expression  of his 
face is exceedingly gentle, and not without some indications of  intelligence.
