In Re Joseph HOWE. - Insolvent, passed his first examination. The case was adjourned for amendment of schedule.

In Re Robert ROBSON. - This case has also been adjourned for the amendment of the balance sheet. Mr. McALPIN appeared on behalf of one of the creditors, and examined the bankrupt touching his debts. - Mr. DONALD said he had already been two months in prison. Final order fixed for the next court.

In Re Robert FIDLER. - This insolvent’s case had been adjourned for insertion in the Gazette.
