INSOLVENTS. In Re Matthew HETHERINGTON. - Insolvent received his final order without opposition. In Re Joseph HOWE. - Insolvent, passed his first examination. The case was adjourned for amendment of schedule. In Re Robert ROBSON. - This case has also been adjourned for the amendment of the balance sheet. Mr. McALPIN appeared on behalf of one of the creditors, and examined the bankrupt touching his debts. - Mr. DONALD said he had already been two months in prison. Final order fixed for the next court. In Re Henry DYER. - Final order next month. In Re Robert FIDLER. - This insolvent’s case had been adjourned for insertion in the Gazette. John GROVES of Belle Vue, gardener and beer house keeper, presented his petition. He will pass the examination at the next court. The Court rose at half past seven o’clock. |
