RANBECK farm to let To be let, for a term of years, and entered upon at Lady Day, 1845 A valuable grazing and tillage farm, called "RANBECK" in the Parish of Kirkland, in the County of Cumberland; containing by admeasurement (along with a close in the Township of Blencarn), 225 acres, with a good farm house and suitable buildings thereon. Also, 48 cattlegates, in Kirkland Fell pasture, now in the occupation of Messrs. JOHN and ISAAC HODGSON, as tenants; and also an unlimited right of pasturage upon the extensive commons adjoining, together with a valuable stock of heathgoing sheep, attached to the farm; and also a dwelling house and garden, in Kirkland, late in the occupation of JOHN CLARKE. Mr. JOHN HODGSON, the present tenant of the farm, will show the premises. The conditions and further particulars may be known on application to JOSEPH SALKELD, Esq., of Croft House, Penrith, the Owner; Mr. ROBERT FAULDER, of Hawkesdale Hall, near Dalston; or to Messrs. BLEAYMIRE & Son, Solicitors, Penrith, by whom proposals will be received until Tuesday, the 8th day of October next, when the tenant will be declared, if an edequate offer shall be made.
