NATHANIEL ELLISON, Esq., her Majesty's Commissioner of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne District Court of Bankruptcy, the Commissioner authorised to act under a Fiat of Bankruptcy, bearing date the second day of July, 1844, awarded and issued forth against WILLIAM WEIR, of the City of Carlisle, in the County of Cumberland, Iron Merchant, dealer and chapman, will sit of the eighth day of October next, at twelve o'clock at noon precisely, at the district court of bankruptcy, in the royal arcade, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne aforesaid, in order to make a dividend of the estate and effects of the said bankrupt, when, and where the creditors who have not already proved their debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the benefit of the said dividend; and all claims not then proved will be disallowed.
