LOST AND FOUND. _____ Strayed, from Streetyeat, Lamplaugh, about two months since, Three Herdwick Ewes, with half bred lambs marked "J.G." near side. Information thankfully received and expenses paid by J. GALLON, Lamplaugh ******************** Lost, at Workington, on Saturday, October 18th, between Church Street and Williamson's Shipyard, a Cornelian Bracelet, set in silver. Finder rewarded on returning it to Captain THORPE, Church Street, or the Workington Office of the West Cumberland Times. ******************** Lost, from Ellenborough, Two Herdwick Sheep, blue across back, head and tail, and red pop on side. -Information to Joseph ROSS, Maryport, will be thankfully received. ****************** Lost, from Flimby, on the 12th inst., Three Geese, marked on the right web, outside, with one cut. -Apply, A. J. R. BORTHWICK, Flimby. ************************ Lost from Aspatria, on the 23rd inst., a Greyhound Bitch, brindled and white, with leather collar on neck. Anyone returning the same to Mr. CLARK, Prospect House, Aspatria will be rewarded, and anyone detaining her will be prosecuted. ********************** Lost on the 16th ult., from Keswick, a Magpie, with cross bill, well known to the Lakeside. Anyone returning it to William LITT, Keswick, will be rewarded. ********************* Lost on Michaelmas Fair Day, between Cockermouth and the Beehive, Pardshaw, a Waterproof Gig Apron. Finder would oblige returning it to the Ostler, Globe Hotel, Cockermouth, who will give a suitable reward. ************************ Lost, from Wigton, on Oct. 22nd, a CUR BITCH; answers to the name of "Meg". - If returned to David MATTINSON, Wigton, Finder will be rewarded. *************************** |
