of the Lake of Derwent Water, in Cumberland, a mile from Keswick, the
residence of the late SIR FREDERICK MORSHEAD, Barr., consisting of a very
convenient DWELLING HOUSE,  YARD,  GARDEN,  COACH-HOUSE,  STABLE,  and other
outbuildings.

Also a Boat-House, with a private landing place, and between Six and Seven
Acres of Land, on which there is some handsome Timber. - The Property is
Freehold.
