BUSH GILL HEAD FARM IN THE PARISH OF WIGTON, CUMBERLAND. TO be LET, for a Term of Years, and Entered upon at Candlemas next, the FARM, called BUSH GILL HEAD, in the Parish of, and near to the Town of Wigton, containing, by estimation, 64 Acres, or thereabouts, of Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Land, and now in the occupation of MR. HENRY CLARK, as Tenant. There is a substantial Dwelling House and suitable Farm Buildings, the whole of which are in good repair. The Farm is situate within a few minutes' walk of the Market Town of Wigton, and in the immediate neighbourhood of Lime and Coal. There is a plentiful supply of water upon the farm, and a good cart road to Wigton. MR. CLARK, the Tenant, will show the Premises; and Proposals in Writing will be received at the Office of MESSRS. STUDHOLME and WERE, Solicitors, in Wigton, until the 30th day of October instant, when the Tenant will soon afterwards be declared. Wigton 4th October 1855. |
