TO be SOLD, by AUCTION, at the TURF HOTEL, Collingwood Street, NEWCASTLE-ON-TYNE, on THURSDAY, 25th OCTOBER, at 5 for 6 o'Clock precisely, by MR. BROUGH, the LEASE of the extensive SAW MILLS, with the valuable PLANT and MACHINERY, now in the occupation of MESSRS. GREY, situated in Newgate Street, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, consisting of a 16-Horse Engine, with extra large Boiler, and now worked up to 22 Horses;   1 large Balk Frame, capable of cutting timber 3 feet square;   a Double Deal Frame;   Planing Machine;   2 Circular Saws, with self-acting Frames;   Veneer Wheel, 13 feet in diameter;   Patent Desiccating Chamber, 40 feet long, 15 feet broad, 14 feet high, with commodious Sheds for seasoned stuff;   large and powerful Crane in the yard;   Offices, and every other accommodation for carrying on an extensive business.
