LITTLE, King's Arms Inn, CARLISLE, in the County of Cumberland, on SATURDAY, the 20th of OCTOBER, 1855, at Three o'Clock in the Afternoon, all that Freehold and Customary ESTATE called  C  A  I  S  H  O  U  S  E   situate near BOLTON FELL END, in the Parish of Stapleton, consisting of a Dwelling House, Farm-buildings, and about 50 Acres of Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Land, in the occupation of MR. JAMES CARRUTHERS.
 
The Customary portion of the above is about 25 Acres, is Parcel of the Manor of Askerton, in the Barony of Gilsland, and subject to the payment of the Yearly Customary Rents of Two Shillings and Ninepence, and One Penny.
