FOR SALE. ****** WHITEHAVEN. To be sold, in Public Sale, to the Higest Bidder, at the House of Mrs. KING, Strand-street, Whitehaven, on Thursday the 21st of October, 1819, at Three O'clock in the afternoon. All that good Brigantine, or Vessel, called the BROWN (Joseph SCOTT, Deceased, late Master) With all her Materials as she now lies in the Harbour of Whitehaven. Burthen per Register, One hundred and Twenty Tons: Four years old, Coppered and Coppere fastened, carries a large cargo at an easy Draught of Water, and can be sent to sea without Expense , being newly coppered Twelve Months Ago. The purchaser to pay a deposit of Five Pounds per Cent. and the remainder by Two equal payments at Three and Six months, giving satisfactory security. Inventories to be seen at the usual Places at Harrington Workington, and Maryport, and at the place of sale. Further particulars may be known by applying to R. WHITESIDE & Co. ****** TIMBER FOR SALE. Just imported, from Miramichi, and selling on reasonable terms. Two Choice Cargoes of Red and White Pine Timber; Red Pine Masts; Birch Timber Pine Planks, and Lathwood Apply to Michael FALCON & Sons Workington, Sept. 30, 1819. ****** FARM AT DEARHAM To be sold, in Public Sale, on Saturday the 30th Day of October, 1819, at Six o'Clock in the evening upon the premises, at George HAYSTON's in Dearham, All that Messuage, Tenement, and Farm, situate at Dearham, in Cumberland, containing Fifty Seven Acres, or thereabouts, and now in the occupation of George HAYSTON, who will shew the premises. The Estate is of Indenture Custom Four-penny Fine and deviable by Will, except a close, called the Croft, which is customary and Fine certain. The property will be put up together and in Parcels. The purchaser may pay £10 per cent. Deposit, and the Remainder of the purchase money, at three and six months from the Day of Sale.
