VALUABLE ESTATES AND PROPERTY, AT WOODLAND, NEAR BROUGHTON-IN-FURNESS FOR SALE TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, BY MR ALFRED COWARD ON TUESDAY, the 2nd day of DECEMBER 1913, at 3.30 p.m., at the OLD KINGS HEAD HOTEL, BROUGHTON-IN-FURNESS, in the following or such other Lots as may be determined at the Time of Sale, and subject to Conditions of Sale. Lots 1. - All that ESTATE or FARM. Situated at and Known as "ROSTHWAITE FARM" WOODLAND near Broughton-in-Furness. Mostly Enfranchised Freehold, comprising Well Built Roomy Farm-house with a Range of Commodious and Well Adapted Out-Buildings, Garden, Orchard, and several Closes of Excellent Meadow, Pasture and Woodland, containing in the whole an Acreage of 136.628 or thereabouts, as shewn on the plan.
