SARAH JANE ROBINSON, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925.
 
Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other Persons having any Claims or Demands against the Estate of Sarah Jane ROBINSON, late of Dyon Side, Distington, Cumberland, Spinster, deceased, who died on the 28th Day April, 1923, and Letters of Administration of the Estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice on the 12th Day November, 1931, to Arthur Hollick TICKELL, the Administrator of the Estate of the said deceased, are hereby required to send all particulars in writing of their Claims of Demands to us, the undersigned as solicitors for the said Administration on or before the 22nd Day January, 1932 after which date the said Administrator will proceed to distribute the Assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the Debts, Claims or Demands of which he shall then have had notice, and he will not be liable for the assets of the said Deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose Claims or Demands he shall not then have had notice.
