PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause "JOHN NICHOLSON and another against ROBERT PATRICKSON and Another," the CREDITORS of ISABELLA PATRICKSON, late of Houghton Town Head, in the County of Cumberland, spinster, deceased (who died on the 15th day of January, 1854), are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 20th day of December, 1858, to come in and prove their Debts at the Chambers of the Vice-Chancellor STUART, No. 12, Old-square, Lincoln's-Inn, Middlesex; or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree. Tuesday, the 11th day of January, 1859, at 12 o'clock at noon, at the said Chambers, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the Claims. Dated this 5th day of November, 1858. By Order: ROBT. PEAKE, Chief Clerk GEORGE CAPES, Field Court, Grey's-Inn Agent for SILAS SAUL, Carlisle. ____________________________________________ PURSUANT to a Decree in the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause "JOHN NICHOLSON and Another, against ROBERT PATRICKSON and another", the Persons claiming to be NEXT of KIN to ISABELLA PATRICKSON, late of Houghton Town Head, in the County of Cumberland, spinster, deceased (who died on the 15th day of January, 1854), and the representatives of any deceased Next of Kin and the Heir-at-Law of the said ISABELLA PATRICKSON, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 20th Day of December, 1858, to come in and prove their Claims at the Chambers of Vice-Chancellor STUART, No. 12, Old-square, Lincoln's-Inn, in the county of Middlesex; or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree. Tuesday, the 11th day of January, 1859, at 12 o'clock at noon, at the said Chambers is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the Claims. Dated this 5th Day of November, 1858. By Order ROBT. WM. GEORGE CAPES, Field-Court, Gray's-Inn Agent for SILAS SAUL, Carlisle. ____________________________________________ PURSUANT to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause "JOHN NICHOLSON and Another, against ROBERT PATRICKSON and another", the First-Cousins of JOHN PHILLIPS, Esq., late of Crosby-upon-Eden, in the County of Cumberland, deceased, who were living in England at the time of his death and the Legal Personal Representatives of such of them, if any, who have since died, are by their Solicitors, on or before the 20th day of December, 1858, to come in and prove their claims at the Chambers of the Vice-chancellor STUART, No. 12, Old-square, Lincoln's-Inn, Middlesex, or in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Decree. Tuesday, the 11th day of January, 1859, at 12 o'clock at Noon at the said Chambers is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the claims. Dated this 12th day of November, 1858. By Order, ROBT. W.
