ALL that compact Freehold PROPERTY, situate in SCOTCH STREET and EAST TOWER STREET, consisting of 1. A SHOP, fronting to Scotch Street, with Dwelling Rooms behind and above the same, in the occupation of J. RUSH, Provision-dealer. The front to Scotch Street is 18 feet, and the extent towards East Tower Street 34 feet. 2. A commodious DWELLING HOUSE adjoining, comprising Cellar Kitchen, Sitting Room, and Three Bed Rooms, in the occupation of MR. L. HARRISON. 3. To be Sold by Auction on Monday the 11th day of November, 1844, on the Scaws Farm, near Penrith, [under Distress for Rent] THE Valuable FARMING STOCK and CROP, of MR. WILLIAM NOBLE, consisting of Forty Head of Cattle, viz., 20 Spring and Back-end Calving Cows, of very superior Breeding, principally descendants of Gainford; 12 Heifers, eight of which are Spring Calvers; and the remainder Young Cattle of different ages. One two-years-old Short-horned Bull, by Pickwick. Seven Horses, viz., One Bay Colt, rising five, by Lowther Monarch, dam by Podargus; One Bay Colt, rising five, by Victory; and Five good Work Horses. Eight Ewes and Lambs [fit for the Butcher], and One Sow, and Nine Shots. Eleven Stacks of Grain, viz., Eight of Oats, Two of Wheat, and one of Barley: Two Stacks of Hay, a Stack of Oat Straw, and a Quantity of Hay in the Loft. Also Implements of Husbandry and Dairy Utensils, comprising Carts and Cart Gear, Ploughs, Harrows, Winnowing Machine, Churns, Hops, and other Articles. Conditions will be declared at the Sale, which will commence at 10 o'clock precisely. TO be SOLD, by AUCTION, on Thursday, the 7th day of NOVEMBER, 1844, at the Wagon and Horses Inn, PENRITH, subject to Conditions to be then produced. ALL that DWELLING HOUSE, or INN, called "THE HORSE'S HEAD", situate in BURROWGATE, PENRITH, with the Cottages, Bakehouse, Stables, and other Buildings thereunto adjoining, now in the occupation of WILLIAM BOWNESS and others. Also, all those FOUR DWELLING HOUSES and FOUNDRY adjoining, situate in the Lane behind the said Inn, now in the occupation of THOMAS SCOTT and others. Also, all that large BARN and FIVE COTTAGES adjoining, situate at the TOWNHEAD, in Penrith aforesaid, now in the occupation of THOMAS FENTON and others. Also, a very valuable CLOSE or Inclosure of LAND, called HANGING SEPHRAY, adjoining to Thulbar Lane, in the Townfields of Penrith aforesaid, containing 6A. 1R. 0P., or thereabouts, now in the possession of MR.
