Newspaper Transcriptions from Microfilm

Due to increasing difficulty in finding new papers to transcribe also the inflated prices we have to pay for them (the last four papers cost us over £100) we have decided to try a different approach. A few weeks ago I contacted the British Library at Colindale and asked if we could purchase complete newspaper volumes on microfilm, they said that we could - subject to some copyright restrictions that we are still discussing. This means that we can now pick and choose the papers we buy, instead of waiting to see what comes up on eBay.
