LICENSE TRANSFERS. ______ At Whitehaven yesterday, a number of licenses were transferred. A Beerhouse was transferred from the executors of the late William Foster CHARTERS to his widow Annie CHARTERS. The Royal Inn, Whitehaven, was transferred from Alfonso BEATTIE to John MARTIN. The Rose and Thistle, Whitehaven, was transferred from Alfred John TROHEAR to Thomas WILCOX. The royal Inn, Beckermont was transferred from the executors of the late Isaac WILSON to his widow Annie WILSON. A beerhouse at Egremont was transferred from James BAIN to Matthew BAIN. The Crown and Anchor, Whitehaven was transferred from John CARVER to Musgrave FINLINSON. The Pack Horse Inn was transferred from Henry Shepherd STEELE to John CARVER. |
