William Graham's Assignment.
 
WHEREAS WM. GRAHAM, of Longtown, in the County of Cumberland, Ironmonger, hath by Indenture of Assignment, bearing date, the 3rd day of January, 1844, Assigned all his Leasehold and other Personal Estate and Effects, unto Wm. BEATY, of Netherby School House, in the Parish of Arthuret, in the said County, Schoolmaster; and William KIRKPATRICK, of Longtown, aforesaid, Draper, upon trust for the equal benefit of such of the Creditors of the said WM. GRAHAM, as shall execute the said Assignment, on or before the 1st day of March next.
 
Notice is hereby Given,
 
That the said Indenture of Assignment is lodged at the Office of Mr. NORMAN, Solicitor, Carlisle, for the inspection and signature of the Creditors of the said WM. GRAHAM, and all persons indebted to the said WM. GRAHAM, are requested to pay the amount of their respective Debts tot he Assignees, or to Mr. NORMAN.
