To be Sold, by Public Auction, on Tuesday, the 30th day of January, 1844, at Six o'clock in the Evening, at the house of Mrs. TWEDDLE, Scotch Arms Inn, Rickergate, Carlisle. ALL that valuable Freehold and Tithe-Free MESSUAGE and TENEMENT, called THE LAKE, situate in the Township of KIRKLINTON MIDDLE, in the Parish of Kirklinton, in the County of Cumberland, consisting of a large and commodious Dwelling House, and Farm Buildings, and 110 Acres, or thereabouts, of Arable, Meadow, and Holme Land, now in the occupation of Mr. STORY, the owner. The above Estate lies contiguous, is divided into suitable inclosures, all effectually drained, and in a good state of cultivation, and is six miles distant from Carlisle.
