THE GENERAL STEAM NAVIGATION COMPANY'S first-class splendid and fast Steamers leave Newcastle (wind and weather permitting under:-- London Merchant, Saturday, 6, at 3 Afternoon. City of Lamburgh, Saturday, 13, at 8 Afternoon. London Merchant, Saturday, 20, at 3 Afternoon. THEY'LL LEAVE SHIELDS ONE HOUR AFTER THE NEWCASTLE TIME. First Cabin, 10s.: Second Cabin, 5s. Goods of all descriptions charged at moderate Rates of Freight. Shippers are respectfully requested to order their goods to be sent to DOWNE'S WHARF, London, early in the Afternoon of Saturdays and Wednesdays. Apply to PARKER and SHIELD, 50, Quayside, Newcastle or, the General Steam Navigation Company's Office, 69, Lombard Street; 37, Regent Circus; 35, I**denhall Street, or at Downe's Wharf, East Smithfield, London. The steamers leave Downe's Wharf, East Smithfield, London, for Newcastle, every Wednesday and every Saturday Evening, at Eight o'clock. REFRESHMENTS to be had of the Stewards, at Moderate Rates. *Passengers are requested to mark, and look after their own Luggage, as the Company are not responsible for Loss or Damage. |
