To be Sold by Public Auction, at Mr. James HAMILTON'S Bush Hotel, Carlisle, on Friday, the 19th day of January, 1844, at 7 o'clock in the Evening, ALL that Valuable DWELLING HOUSE, situate in Devonshire Street, in the City of Carlisle, in the County of Cumberland, comprising Dining Room, Drawing Room, Parlour, Kitchens, and Four Bed Rooms with Attics, and every other convenience attached to the same. Also, TWO ROOMS, situate in Friar's Court, now used as an office. The whole were formerly in the occupation of the late Mr. CHRISTOPHER WANNOP, Solicitor, the Owner. The above Premises are Leasehold for Years under his Grace the Duke of Devonshire, 186 years of which are now unexpired -- subject to the payment of £6 10s. per annum, Ground Rent.
