LOYAL PARENT LODGE OF FREE GARDENERS. -- On Monday evening, the brethren and friends of this excellent society met in their Lodge-room, at the Rose and Castle, Finkle-street, to celebrate their annual dinner.  Upwards of sixty members sat down to an excellent and sumptuous feast, provided by their worthy brother and host, Mr. THOMPSON.  The chair was occupied by Grand Master SEMPLE, who after proposing the usual loyal and patriotic toasts, which were responded to with full honours, dwelt at considerable length, upon the numerous benefits secured by all who belonged to the lodge; and concluded by stating that the institution was now in a flourishing and prosperous condition.  The evening was spent in the most agreeable and pleasant manner; and the company separated at a late hour.
