    LIEUTENANT MUNRO. -- It does not appear that the statement which has been put forth by several of the papers with something like authority, namely, that Lieutenant MUNRO would surrender this session and take his trial at the Old Bailey, has any foundation in the truth.  No notice of any such intention has been given to the officers of the Central Criminal Court, nor is it likely, under all the circumstances, that there will be.
