To be sold by Private Treaty, ALL that valuable Freehold MASSUAGE and TENEMENT, LAND and PREMISES, called and known by the name of the NOOK situate in the Parish of Bewcastle, in the Count of Cumberland: consisting of a good Dwelling House and Farm Buildings, and several Closes or Inclosures of Land, containing together, by admeasurement, 99a. 2r. 7p., now in the occupation of Henry EWART, as Farmer thereof. -- Also, a convenient Cottage House, Blacksmith's Shop, and Garden, adjoining thereto. The above Estate lies within a Ring Fence, and is divided into suitable Inclosures. The Arable and Meadow Land is of the best quality, and being near Lime and Stone, and in a good state of Cultivation, may be strongly recommended to Capitalists as a Safe Investment. Mr. H. EWART, the Tenant, will Show the Premises. Further particulars may be obtained on application to Mr. George GRAHAM, of Riggfoot, Kirklinton; Mr. Wm. ROUTLEDGE, of the Flatt, Bewcastle: or at the Office of Mr. James MOUNSEY, Solicitor, Carlisle, where a Plan of the Estate may be seen, and who will receive Proposals for the same, until Saturday, the 27th day of January, 1844.
