To be Let, for a Term of Years, and Entered upon at Candlemas next, THE FARM, situate at SCALES, in the Parish of Bromfield, called PROSPECT HOUSE FARM, consisting of a good Dwelling House and Farm Buildings, nearly New, and 96 Acres, or there-abouts, of Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of William WILSON, as Farmer. The Farm is situate about Four miles from the Market-town of Wigton, and near to Coal and Lime. Further particulars may be known on application either at the Office of Mr. STUDHOLME or Mr. LAZONBY, Solicitors, in Wigton, where Proposals in Writing will be received until the 16th day of January next, soon after which the Tenant will be declared.
