-- Farm to Let, To be Let, for such a Term as may be agreed on, and entered upon at Candlemas next. ALL that desirable FARM, called "Bolton Close," in the Parish of Bolton, in the County of Cumberland, consisting of a Swelling-house and suitable Farm Buildings, and 150 Acres or thereabouts of Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Land, now in the occupation of Mr. Andrew PATTERSON as Farmer. The Farm is situate in the immediate Vicinity of both Coal and Lime; and a part of the land has been lately tile drained. Further particulars may be known on application at the office of Mr. STUDHOLME, Solicitor, Wigton, where a plan of the Farm may be seen, and Proposals received until the 16th January next, when the tenant will be declared.
