ONE HUNDRED POUNDS will be paid by the above Insurance Corporation to the person whom the Corporation shall decide is the next of kin of any person killed by an accident to the train which the deceased was an ordinary passenger, or who shall have been fatally injured thereby, should death result within ONE Calendar Month after such accident, PROVIDED that at the time of such accident the person so killed or fatally injured was the owner of the INSURANCE COUPON for the current week, with his or her usual signature written in ink underneath.
