________________ THE WINNING NUMBER in the DRAWING of MR. DIXON's Hearthrug, at Dearham, was 45; second, 102. _________________________ ASPATRIA SUNDAY LECTURE COMMITTEE. ON SUNDAY, JULY 30th, 1882, a LECTURE will be given in the NOBLE TEMPLE, Aspatria, by MR. THOMAS SLATER, of Bury. Subject: 'THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF INQUIRERS AFTER TRUTH'. Chair to be taken on each occasion at Two o'clock prompt. Admission Free. _______________________________________________________________ BAZAAR IN JAMAICA. ___________________ THE Ladies of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Kingston, Jamaica, intend to hold a BAZAAR towards the end of the year. Their church and its surroundings are greatly in need of repairs; and as they have already cleared off upwards of £500 of debts during their present Minister's pastorate, they now appeal for outside aid. They would ask the friends of their Minister in West Cumberland to assist them, as he was formerly in charge of John-street Presbyterian Church, Maryport. Money or goods suitable for sale in the Tropics may be sent to MRS. HARVEY, The Manse, Maryport. Money cheques may be sent direct to the REV. JAMES COCHRANE, St. Andrew's Manse, Kingston, Jamaica.
