DR. WILLIAM HAY, DECEASED. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all PERSONS having any CLAIMS or DEMANDS upon or against the ESTATE of WILLIAM HAY, late of Henry Street, in the City of Carlisle, PHYSICIAN, deceased, who died on the 5th day of November, 1879, and whose will was proved in the District Registry attached to the Probate Division of her Majesty's High Court of Justice at Carlisle, on the 2nd day of December, 1879, by BENJAMIN WILLIAM COOKE, Esquire, the sole Executor therein named, are hereby required to send to the undersigned, JOHN CHRISTOPHER WANNOP, the Solicitor for the said Executor, particulars in writing of their Claims or Demands, on or before the 28th day of February, 1880, after which time the Executor will be at liberty to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Debts and Claims of which he shall then have had notice, and that the Executor will not be liable for any part of the assets so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
