The University Magazine contains an excellent photographic likeness and memoir of M. LEGROS, the Slade Professor of Fine Arts at University College.
 
The second paper on the State of Ireland in 1880 discusses with full information and much good sense a subject of great importance at this. The essays on “Traducianism and Metempsychosis” and “Two Forms of Religion called Christian” are characterized by acuteness of reasoning.
 
Miss. Mabel COLLINS begins a new novel, entitled “Too Red a Dawn.” “Home Rule in the Church deals with a subject which is just now attracting considerable attention.
 
A number of other articles, with letters from the Universities, help to form a substantial number.
