THE DUKE OF DEVONSHIRE'S ESTATE.
 
TO be LET, the various WORKS required to be done in LOWERING the WALK on the SCAUR, DEVONSHIRE TERRACE, in FORMING SLOPES, DRAINING, GRAVELLING, &c.
 
Plans and specifications may be seen, and all particulars obtained, at my office from Wednesday, the 11th, to Saturday, the 21st day of February next, when Tenders are to be sent to me, endorsed "The Scaur."
 
No pledge given to accept the lowest of any Tender.
