BUILDERS are invited to TENDER for the whole or any part of the WORKS required to be done in BUILDING a NEW HOUSE in Alfred Street, Portland Square, for Wm. PRATCHITT, Esq.   The Plans and Specifications can now be seen at my office.   Tenders, endorsed, to be sent to me on or before the 19th.                                                       DANIEL BIRKETT, Architect,                                                                         45, Lowther Street, Carlisle. February 6th, 1880.   N.B. -- The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
