THE BANKRUPTCY ACT, 1869.   A DIVIDEND is intended to be declared in the matter of THOMAS WAUGH HURST, of No. 5, Nelson Street, in the City of Carlisle, carrying on business a the CANAL SAW MILLS, in the said City of Carlisle, as a TIMBER MERCHANT, adjudicated a Bankrupt on the Third day of June, 1878.   Creditors who have not proved their debts by the 25th day of February, 1880, will be excluded.   Dated this 5th day of February, 1880.                                                           J.
