THE BANKRUPTCY ACT, 1869. A DIVIDEND is intended to be declared in the matter of THOMAS WAUGH HURST, of No. 5, Nelson Street, in the City of Carlisle, carrying on business a the CANAL SAW MILLS, in the said City of Carlisle, as a TIMBER MERCHANT, adjudicated a Bankrupt on the Third day of June, 1878.
