DE SOGLIN FARM. TO be LET, from year to year, with entry on the 1st May, 1880, all that GRAZING FARM, situate at and called "DE SOGLIN," in the parish of Lanercost, Cumberland, consisting of a Dwelling House and Farm Buildings, all in good repair, and 570 Acres of excellent Land, now in the occupation of Messrs LUMBLEY, who will show the premises to intending applicants. De Soglin is five miles from the Market Town of Brampton, and about four miles from the Gilsland Station on the Newcastle and Carlisle Railway. Further particulars may be had on application to Messrs. CARRICK, LEE, and SONS, Solicitors, Brampton, by whom proposals will be received in writing up to the 14th of February next, soon after which the tenant will be declared. 9th January, 1880. |
