FOR SALE.
 
TO be SOLD, by PRIVATE CONTRACT, a valuable FREEHOLD ESTATE at HULLERBANK, in the parish of Hayton, in the county of Cumberland, consisting of a Farm House, Outbuildings, and about 135 Acres of good Arable, Grazing, and Meadow Land, and now in the occupation of the representatives of the late Mr. James MITCHELL.  Nearly 20 acres have been recently limed, and the whole is in a good state of cultivation.
 
Hullerbank is about three miles from Brampton, and about 2½ miles from the Brampton Station on the North Eastern (Newcastle and Carlisle) Railway.
