The Earl of Ripon

-- Upon instituting inquiry at the official residence of the noble Earl of Ripon, president of the India Board, we were informed that the noble peer is still suffering severely from a protracted attack of illness; and that he is still unable to attend to his official duties.  His lordship is with his family at his suburban seat at Putney Heath. -- Standard.
